Something of note with headwraps is that I make my closure in the front, and use celluclay and large flat beads, pendants etc as ornaments/clasps. This means there is no overlap at all on the wrap; the ends have velcro on them as does the underside of the ornament. I do stage/stunt choreo this way and the wraps stay on just fine. With Kulu's flatter, less gladiator-faceguard design and this method for closing the wrap, I don't even need a chin strap to keep my earbuds laying down flat.

I finished my head wrap finally!!! used the concept Kulu created thanks for all the info in your posts. hope to have some better images up soon! I ended up making it 3 pieces instead of the ear flaps being 2 had to make them 2.
