Flint was put together at the last minute just before Dragon-Con 2009, when we realized that one of my planned costumes would not be ready in time.  Most of the costume was right off the rack from the local surplus store.  Before long I was all decked out in military gear, leaving the only real question: What are the airport baggage checkers going to think when they open my bags?
